Building Description

​

Two approximately 24'x40' portable classrooms available.

​

These units are popular and tend to sell fast, if you are interested please let us know right away.

 

Our customers have used these units for office space, housing, storage, work shop, hobby shop, retail store, private training or other purposes.  

 

Buyer will need to supply their own blocking or screw piles, exterior skirting and services connection.  Side AC units, and services masts/risers and roof top venting will be removed for transport and not reinstalled by mover.

Unit has self contained electrical panel and furnace.

Qualification

​

in order to be a qualified buyer you need:

​

• Financing in place or personal funding

• A sufficient lot to put the unit on as well as an adequate foundation, details in the moving costs section. 

• Be ready to move quickly as you will need to apply for permits quickly in order to meet the deadline.

• Once we know where it’s going, we can provide a final quote to move the unit.

• A deposit will be required for the purchase of the classroom as well as for the move when purchase contracts are signed.

Purchasing Price

Purchase price included with the moving costs, see details below under the moving costs section .

Moving Costs 

​

Building and move $35,000 each + GST within 1.5 hrs of west Edmonton to a rural location.  Price assumes drive over compatible foundation type with good site access and working room.  Other foundation types can be negotiated.

Move Deadline

​

Classroom unit available in approximately 30 days. Must be moved by Mid December 2025.

​

If you cannot get your foundation ready in time we can park the building on your property until your foundation is ready or in our storage yard at a negotiated price.

Expected Expenses

​

We do not currently expect any additional expenses.

​
