Commercial Customers

 

Commercial customers use our services to re-organize yard space or obtain or dispose of buildings.  In some cases we are a core part of the business operation such as delivering RTM units to customers or re-locating modules and even entire camps when needed.

 

In some cases you are a busy that has a building or structure on the property that needs to be relocated, altered or held up for foundation repairs.

 

We move, lift and support things that others can't.  We move what was not meant to be moved.

Residential Customers

Residential customes are a big focus for us.

 

  • Move a house or garage you have already found onto your land

  • Sell you a house or other building that you can move onto your land

  • Lift or suport a house, garage, shop so the foundation can be upgraded or repaired

  • Move a house off of it's foundation so your roundaiton can be replaced

  • Raise your house up so you can add another living level.  Common with houses built on crawlspaces  

  • Relocate a building on your property either for estitic reasons or because it's not complient with property bi-laws such as set backs (very common with Garages in the city)

  • Sell us your building or list it with us so that we can find a new owner for it.

 

School Customers

We pickup portable classrooms from various manufactures around Alberta and deliver them to schools.  We have specialized equipment that was designed and built to handled the most difficult portable classrooms include WREM, Modus, Tru-co Structures, BCT and any other vendor or build.

 

  • We are well equipped to move steel frame buildings or all wood buildings. 

  • We have specialized equipment that is engineered and fully capable of transporting difficult to WREM units using our specialized building moving trailers.

  • We are able to use unconventional methods to get units in sideways, over rough ground, over objects, in tight areas and can solve any problem you may have.

  • We can also pickup and relocate existing structures, even older badly deteriorated wood frame structures.  We have a large set of specialized equipment and can handled difficult jobs that conventional movers can't.

  • Portable classroom moving is a specialty of our and we will not be deterred by any project

Industrial Customers

Industrial customers have used us in the past either to place or transport industrial equipment.  In Alberta there are many choices for heavy haul and structural lifting, but we can also lift and handled heavy structures.   We have many high tonnage jacks, steel and other equipment and are in a good position to handle industrial lifts when a crane just wont do, or we can use our specialized transport systems to transport something that is just to hard or expensive to transport in another way.
