Be ready to move quickly as you will need to apply for permits quickly in order to meet the deadline.

A deposit will be required for the purchase of the Office unit as well as for the move when purchase contracts are signed.

Moved within 1hr driving distance of Spruce Grove to a rural location, place on a back over compatible foundation (such as blocking or screw piles), assumes no other expenses.
Greater driving distances or other types of foundations are available at a negotiated price
Move Deadline
Seller would like unit to leave his site by the end of September.
